"The owner", "ourselves", "we" and "us" refers to Part Time Boss Enterprise, which is the owner of this website OptimizeTemplates and its templates.
Refund Policy
All purchases made at the OptimizePress Template Store and the Marketplace are final and no refunds will be issued once a template has already been downloaded.
It's your responsibility to understand that you'll need an active OptimizePress account in order to make purchases at the Template Store as well as the Marketplace.
You must maintain an active license status with your OptimizePress account in order to access your Personal Templates Cloud in the OptimizePress 3.0 members hub.
Indemnification
You understand and agree that you'll indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, costs, liabilities, losses, expenses and damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your use of our website or your violation of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions.
You agree to obey all applicable laws.
